For saas
Signed up, activated, invited a teammate, upgraded, paid. Spectacle tracks your funnel the way you define it

The Problem
The signal you optimise on arrives months before the revenue that matters.
The channel with the cheapest signups usually has the worst retention. You find out two quarters later.
Ads hold spend. Product holds activation. CRM holds the deal. None of them agree.
A €49 signup that renews for three years and one that churns in month two look identical the day they convert
The Solution
One first-party timeline per person and per company, from first click to renewal.
Signed up, activated, invited a teammate, hit the paywall, upgraded. Whatever the steps are in your product, Spectacle builds the funnel from them and splits every step by channel
Funnels built from your own product events,
Every step split by channel, campaign, keyword, or ad group
Drop-off visible per step and per source
Works with the events you already send
PLG and sales-assisted, one modelFive people from one company, five separate signups. Spectacle merges them into one account.
Drill from campaign to the accounts it produced
Filter by channel, campaign, keyword, or page
Four models compared on the same revenue
Group by company, identify the ambassador from product usage
A signup is a guess. Cohorts show what a month's acquisitions were actually worth.
Cohort revenue traced to the campaign behind it
Lookback set to your sales cycle, not 30 days
MRR attached to the journey, not the first payment
Monthly overview of cohort performance
Upgrades, downgrades, and churn read from Stripe and attach to the journey behind them.
Subscription revenue, expansion, and churn from Stripe
Renewals credited to the original campaign
Real revenue, not estimated conversion values
Multi-currency in one reporting currency

FAQ
About 30 minutes for the basics: drop in the JavaScript snippet or GTM tag, connect your CRM, link your ad platforms, and Stripe and CRM revenue start flowing. Our team does the setup with you, so you're not on your own.
GA4 shows sessions and single-touch conversions inside its own walls. Spectacle builds one journey per customer across every channel, attaches real CRM and Stripe revenue, and shows first touch, last touch, linear, and U-shaped side by side on the same data. GA4 tells you what happened on your site; Spectacle tells you what created the customer. Spectacle follows that same visitor through activation, upgrade, and renewal.
As long as it takes. There is no lookback window, so every touchpoint stays in the journey until the deal closes, whether that is 2 weeks or 12 months. When a visitor identifies themselves later (form fill, login, CRM match), their earlier anonymous visits are stitched into the same journey. A deal that closes months after the first click still credits the campaign that started it.
Yes. Spectacle B.V. is a Dutch company, processes data under the GDPR and the Dutch UAVG, and hosts on AWS inside the EEA (Ireland). Tracking is first-party through your own server-side GTM container or Google tag: no third-party cookies, no fingerprinting. Lens identifies companies, not individuals. ISO 27001 certification is in progress. Email privacy@spectaclehq.com for our DPA and sub-processor list.
Natively: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo, Dynamics 365, Monday, and Zoho, plus Stripe, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Anything else connects through the REST API, webhooks, or GTM. No CRM? A website form or Calendly booking works as the moment a lead converts.
Most teams run both. CRM lead source only starts once someone is a known contact. Spectacle covers the anonymous half before that, and can write channel, campaign, and keyword back into HubSpot or Salesforce through automations.
