CallRail

Track phone calls from CallRail

Spectacle integrates with CallRail to automatically receive call data via webhooks. This integration allows you to attribute phone call conversions to marketing campaigns, providing a more complete view of your customer journey.

Currently, Spectacle tracks the following CallRail events:

  • Post Call - Triggered after a call is completed

If you need additional CallRail events tracked, please contact our support team.

Important: This integration is currently only available for customers who integrate with Spectacle through the JavaScript SDK. If you're using Segment or the REST API for integration, please contact our support team for assistance setting up CallRail tracking.

Setting up the CallRail integration

Follow these steps to connect your CallRail account to Spectacle:

  1. Go to your Spectacle workspace settings
  2. Navigate to the "Integrations" tab
  3. Find CallRail in the integrations list and click "Connect"
  4. Follow the instructions to authenticate with your CallRail account
